This Software is to register the complaints of the consumer and to process themby following some steps. Here whenever a consumer has got any complaint related to theelectricity then they can make online complaints. Their complaints are being taken careby the Agents of JVVNL. The registered complaints of the consumer, gets forwarded tothe Line-Staff, then after the correction of the fault, the line-man again makes a call backto the agent and they make it confirm to the consumer.The complaints gets registered by the agent and escalated to the line staff by the supervisor.
Thas got all the rights to monitor the activities of agent as well as supervisor.
It can only register the complaints.
It escalates the complaints to the line-staff.
In the existing system the citizens must go to the government office for any kind of help. Forcomplaining about a problem there is a system called Prajavani in which the users can post their problems butcannot get the details of the problems and some other services. This system doesn’t have much popularity and isnot user friendly.
