The Customers are a main source of this system. Here so many varities and different taste’s are available. So based on his interest he visits the ice cream parlor. The customer can also get the free door delivery once they registered .
The company can view the various reports like sales statement and purchase made on this month.
Before developing this application all activities are done manually, then all the activities takes more time and also takes more manpower. Sometimes the report may go wrong due to manual calculation. And also it become a burden to carry the report from one place to another. All calculations are done manually so there is a chance of mistake. Existing work requires a lot of paper work. So it is not user friendly. Each work is done manually so it takes a lot of time.
So the above discussed problems will overcome when we will develop the system. This system is very helpful to automation of entire Ice Cream Parlor Management System and also reduces the time, burden and manpower. All the data’s are maintained efficiently. All the data is fetched into the computer immediately. Moreover work has become very easy because there is no need to keep data on papers.
