This project is aimed to developing an Insurance Company Management System. An Organization wants to starts Health Insurance against its employee. The Medicare system will maintain all information related to the employee (Patient), maintenances of Claims pertaining to the Insurance companies, information about all sort of medical services providing by the hospital to the corporate employees, claim settlements & adjustments against their services authorizing by the Insurance Companies. Additionally this system can also maintain the health related all information of the employees.
Admin has all privileges to add/modify employee and view Policy information etc..
In the member registration form on should register to enter into his/her account and can apply for insurance policy
In this module again divided into 3 module Employee Details Search Order for insurance
In this module an employer can able to search policies based on his requirements.If a policy selected by the employee he can get company details of that particular policy.An employee can able to find the details of claims on particular policy.
This module is used to print various online reports. This module will be enabled only to the admin type of users.In this admin generate various types of reports about the employees working in the organization. In this admin generate various types of billing reports which are generated by employees working in the organization.In this admin generates the reports by date wise as input and gives details of bill made on that date along with total information. This report should be available for a given date or for a date range.
This module contains all the information about the authenticated user. While getting register to create an account secret code is automatically generated and it is send to their mail-id and this secret code is entered as password while entering into their account. User without his username and password can’t enter into the login if he is only the authenticated user then he can enter to his login.
Before developing this application all activities done manually, then all the activities take more time and also take more manpower. Commission, interests, dues calculate manually, based on this manual problem sometimes calculation may be wrong.All related information passed one branch to another branch through courier. Sometimes important documents may also be missed. So we can overcome these problems by developing the online system. This system is very helpful to automation of entire Insurance system and also reduces the time and manpower.
The proposed system is for making easier to manage policy holder details, policy details, company details, claimant details and payment details. So this will be developed for managing the Insurance Company Management System. The system results in regular timely preparations of required outputs. In comparison with manual system the benefits under a computer system are considerable in the saving of man power working hours and Effort.Important feature of this project is one can register by himself , once he registered an automatic secrete code is generate in it is send to his mail. Only with that secret code one can enter into his/her account.
