This project is aimed to developing and improving stock management system through online database. It mainly focuses on the stock maintenance as the part of admin and sales the product to the customer through online server by avoiding direct dealers marketing about the product. In past there may be an online system for stock management even though in the payment part they couldn’t give the online transaction. In this system, a customer can have a unique id to pay the amount for that specific product through online using loan, installment and cash payment as their desire. All the details can be stored in the database whenever the admin wants to check the details about product, customer that could be stored in database. The main thing is the admin maintain the different kind of products to sale in single system through online. The customer can easily refer all the details about product and they can to buy. It is an easy way of system for selling product to the customer in a stock management system and reducing time.
The admin can have unique registration id to maintain their details in database. Admin logged in to their page, they will verify the stocks are available or anything to order from the supplier and maintain the product, employee and customer records.
In this module, the products details are available to the customer to buy the product. Product detail includes its id, name, color, prize, specification and available no of products.
In this module, the employee can have an unique id to register their details and basic pay for the employee. Employee details are stored in the database.
The supplier sells their products to the stock system. In this, the admin can order the products from them. They will have an id to provide their products to the system.
System Analysis is a detailed study of the various operations performed by a system and their relationships within and outside of the system. Here the key question is what all problems exist in the present system? What must be done to solve the problem? Analysis begins when a user or manager begins a study of the program using existing system.During analysis, data collected on the various files, decision points and transactions handled by the present system. The commonly used tools in the system are Data Flow Diagram, interviews, etc.
Training, experience and common sense are required for collection of relevant information needed to develop the system.The success of the system depends largely on how clearly the problem is defined, thoroughly investigated and properly carried out through the choice of solution. A good analysis model should provide not only the mechanisms of problem understanding but also the frame work of the solution. Thus it should be studied thoroughly by collecting data about the system. Then the proposed system should be analyzed thoroughly in accordance with the needs.
In proposed system, the admin can maintain their records easily without using any kind of notebooks. Database stores all details about the product and the registered customer. The customer can easily view the full product details and can buy the product after registration. They can buy the product using loan, cash and installment payment facility. It makes easy way for people to buy the products. The admin can maintain their details and order their require products to supplier through online.
Here I conclude, this stock system is developed and increased facilities for the user has to buy the product easily through online and administrator also maintaining and updating their records in databases. This system will be used to easy understanding for the user. So this system will reduce the dealer communication, manual calculation and it’s reduces the time spending in the shops.
