Training Tracker is a secure online portal that allows users to manage and control all process of the training and knowledge of employees through one easy to use system, immediately reducing time consuming administration costs. Training Tracker provides a web-based interface and supports tasks such as on-line registration, work flow and self-service training programs. A web based tracking and collaboration system for administrators, trainers, course delegates and their nominated colleagues. The administrators can set up the details of each training program and this information can be accessed on-line by the trainers and delegates. Course delegates can provide and receive information. Nominated colleagues can provide appraisals of the delegates. Trainers can assess data provided by the delegates and their nominated colleagues
Login module contains the functionalities for the security of the application. Only the authorized users have to access the system. The registered users have provided a unique user name and password. The employee has to register his details in this module. The employee details includes Name, Password, Qualification, Department name, Skill sets etc.
List of all the Training courses available are listed to the trainers. The user can register for a course but he cannot have the privilege for booking the course it will do by the Administrator. Training Module Provides the user with duration of the training, cost of the training and Modules of the training.
Here, The Trainers need to register the course and he will be provided with the privileges. Course delegates can provide and receive information. Nominated colleagues can provide appraisals of the delegates. Trainers can access data provided by the delegates and their nominated colleagues.
This is the process where the system administrator can update certain base tables and he is the authorized person who is responsible for all the functionalities of the application. Administrator can add new training course, edit on the cost of the training, and view all the flow of information.
The existing system requires more man power and it’s not efficient. It requires a separate class rooms for training. If suppose any faculty is absent then the class will not be conducted.
