The Student Record System project is aimed to developing and improving techniques of updating and storing student details in college database. This system mainly focus on admin and staff user to update from the day one to end of the course student details such as personal details, academic details, extracurricular details, attendance details, fees details for every student, academic performance report and daily attendance could be stored in college database. This project is an easier way to maintain the student in the college. It will be portable, accuracy of calculation and efficient way of maintaining every detail about the students. It improves the report maintenance for every students efficiently. Once we update all the details about student it will generate report for the students.
In admin module, administrator maintain all the details about student in the college database. They will manage every updating about students and maintain the fees details also.
In this module, Admin will enter the student personal information’s for the future concern. By entering the student personal details they can check available seats for specific departments and it will generate batch code for that student.
This module contains the academic details of the student such as marks of theory and practical subject, it calculate percentage and shows overall performance for the particular student.
In this module, we can search the student fee for particular student through their register number and we can pay the fee for that student.
In this, admin will show the attendance report for the all the student by choosing batch code.
In this module, admin maintain report of academic, personal, performance reports for all the student for each department in college.
In this module, faculty have unique login to maintain the daily attendance details and can search the student.
In this module, faculty can put the daily attendance for the student for each class. It contains the no of presents and no of absents and calculate the overall presents in a class.
In existing system, the student Records are entered manually in notebooks. Each and everything detail about students should keep in notebooks records. It will increase the manual work and record maintenance is difficult and tough. Staff should keep Attendance book with them to update each and every day student attendance. Staff should maintain mark sheets reports, attendance report, performance report separately for each student in manual work, it will be difficult to do this task.
This proposed system is an efficient and easiest way of maintaining student Record in the colleges.
