This Project “Student Intimation System” deals with development of education services based on Email. Here the student is intimated about any information /notification through Mail. He can also know his test scores, enrollment information etc. By this service the School or College or any educational organization has a lot of valuable information which can be provided to the students, such as release of results/Test-Scores, Enrollment information, University notifications, Internship opportunity and Parent alerts etc. by sending an SMS. This reduces the manual work to much extent. Here Mail can be sent to a group of students or a single student. The system is capable of choosing either Student or Parent for receiving the SMS.
In this admin, admin maintain all the details about College in the website database. They will manage every updating about student details,course details, faculty details,SMS send student in the website.
In this module students will create their account and then register any course and once the account is created he will be authenticated to view the services provided by the University.
In this module the University provides a lot of valuable information to the students, suchas: 1)Results/Test-Scores. 2)Enrollment information. 3)University notifications. 4)Internshipopportunityand 5) Parent alerts. etc.
This Module has the facility of sending SMS only to a single student or group of students depending upon the requirement. If any notification has to be sent by the university to the students then it can be sent in a group form.
Present system is manual. The Project Metrics has to enter all the details of project, documents, and tasks. It also maintenance the team information and also efforts estimation. For this purpose the organization maintain the size of the document, source code and update the information about team member.
