This project is aimed to developing and improving sale management system through offline. It mainly focus on the stock maintenance as the part of admin and sales the product to the customer through offline by avoiding direct dealers marketing about the product. In past there may be a offline system for sale management even though in the payment part they couldn’t give the offline transaction and the service complaint to book. In this system, a customer can have an unique id to pay the amount for that specific product through offline using loan, installment and cash payment as their desire and they book their book complaints in same site. All the details can be stored in the database whenever the admin wants to check the details about product, customer that could be stored in database. The main thing is the admin maintain the different kind of products to sale in single system through offline. The customer can easily refer all the details about product and they can to buy. It is a easy way of system for selling product to the customer in a sale management system and reducing time.
The admin can have unique registration id to maintain their details in database. Admin logged in to their page, they will verify the stocks are available or anything to order from the supplier and maintain the product, employee and customer records.
In this module, the products details are available to the customer to buy the product. Product detail includes its id, name, color, prize, specification and available no of products.
In this module, the employee can have an unique id to register their details and basic pay for the employee. Employee details are stored in the database.
The supplier sells their products to the stock system. In this, the admin can order the products from them. They will have an id to provide their products to the system.
In this module, if the product get repair before the warranty, the system could service that product for the customer satisfy. The complaint has been booked and service the product.
Clearance have the detail about problem occurred in the product and amount for that product service and date to deliver.
In existing system, the user should go for shop and view the products and ask the details from the admin person. So it takes lot of time to complete the process and finally took decision to buy the products. All verification details should be enter in manual way using notebooks. Its may difficult to use.
In proposed system, the admin can maintain their records easily without using any kind of notebooks, reducing the time spend in the shop. We order our desire product to buy in our home itself. Database stores all details about the product and the registered customer. The customer can easily view the full product details and can buy the product after registration. They can buy the product using loan, cash and installment payment facility. If Problem occur in the product that can be serviced. It makes easy way for people to buy the products. The admin can maintain their details and order their require products to supplier through offline.
