This project online workforce management erp system is done to Berger paints India limited ,pudhucherry to manage the entire life cycle of employees of different branches of their organization.This project maintains the employee details of the various branches of the organization in a central database through online.This project maintains the Employee Personal and official details,Salary details monthly information details about the employee such as attendance .Deductions particulars of the employees such as pf loan festival advance and maintenance of all these details results in payroll process.For the employee salary details and loan deduction details and also the organization details.
The authenticity for accessing the employee details for particular department is provided to the particular branch administrator alone.The administrator will have their own unique username and password to access the various details of the workforce management system .The various statements can be viewed by the administrator at any time through online.Each and evey employee of all the branches of the organization will have a unique username and password to acces their Salary and loan details through online.The salary statement are prepared each month in order to maintain the payroll details of the employees in the organization.Each and every employee of the organization will have a unique employee id using this id;the pay slip is prepared automatically.
This module deploys the authority login for both users and admin.The admin has the only power to enter the user registration form to get the new user to authentication for login their information.The user can also login this module with their username and password and get their salary report information.The authenticated user only view the information of the employee details personal and academic qualification details
This module we also have two different types of users for ,the admin can have the power to the registration of new users.After getting the registration id only the user can access the employee details and also getting the information of the each and every employee detailsThe admin and user can also have to access the information to view the home page.The admin module have the rights to enter the new user registration .Then the user gets the id and password for the login process.This module is only for authentication process of admin and user.
In this module we can able to store the information of each employee with their personal and official details for their salary processing and leave details. The employee personal details ,basic salary can be generated by their designation of the process .Employee personal qualification ,educational qualification information about and all their details are entered in this module.In this module each and every employee information of the organisation with their branch details and processing of their organisation
We can also have the designation selection of the employee it will automatically generate the basic pay of the employee.The employee details for each and every persons personal information and qualification details are stored in the database.The employee id is unique and its also a automatic generation of the employee id for this getting the information of the details for the employee in organisation.The details of the each and every employee of the organization can keep the details of personal and educational qualification and experience of the employee details can also added in this module.
This module is fully described about the organization structure and branch details of the company profile and their department details of the head of the organization. The head office details and their branch information with the department and employee details and salary processing for their employee also available in the organization details.In this organisation details we can also have the plant details of the branch department.In this module we can also store the plant details and capacity and head of the department .And also howmany number of employees worked in the particular plant.
In that organization details module we can also have the branch details of the organization and department with department head details and capacity details of the organization with management information processing of the particular branch details also stored.We can also have the details of the branch information of the over all organization.In this module we can add the organization details of the newly opened plant with the specific details of the plant capacity ,plant head,department head of the organization.
This is the main module of this project to calculate the salary of each and every employee according to their designation and leave details updationof the employee also deducted according to the basic pay.In this payroll processing we can also have the esi ,pf deduction of the particular employee according to their designation the basic pay varied and also,leave salary can also deducted for the processing before we get the gross pay and net pay.The salary calculation of each and every employee of the organization in the particular branch that have the particular unique employee id of the processing salary.The employee salary processing and loss of pay can be calculated by the basic pay.
The basicpay can be generated by the process of according to their designation of the organization.In that salary the processing of the organsiation have the field of esi,pf,gross pay and salary can also deduct the basis of leave calculation part in that processing.According to their basic pay the loss of pay can be deducted by the number of days leave they had been taken.This module is for the calculation of salary process with the unique employee id and the number of leaves the had been taken for the month.The salary details can also stored with the process of particular month and year of the unique employee id for the particular branch.
In this module the organization provide the loan for their employees to improve their standard.we can also have th loan details ,types of loan for employee with the designation of the organization.The loan types of their business,education and medical reasons also available .The amount of the loan can be sanctioned by their salary processing of the employee.In this module the loan details of the every employee in the organization was get by using the details of employee table in the organization.
The loan details for based upon the basic pay of the employee in the organization.The types of loan can be available for the employee but the amount can be sanctioned by the designation status and as well as the designation details of the employee in the organization.In this module we can have the working experience of the particular employee of the organisation they give the prirority of the employee in the organization.The loan details of the employee also having the basis of their organization.The loan details of the amount.howmuch of the amount they want to be the loan and also they enter the details of the amount ,which type of loan they applied and howmuch of the amount can be deducted monthly of the employee salary.

My project “ONLINE WORKFORCE ERP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM will make the financial vertical of a company more efficient and fool proof. It will analyze the salary processing /for each and every employee of the organisation. It will have separate output for each module like authentication, employee details , organization profile ,payroll processing ,report generation for each and every employee salary processing with their month and year . In terms of mistake proof, this project emphasis on zero error. As it’s well automated, there is no room for calculation errors.
In this project the “online workforce erp management system “ is the process of payroll and employee details for each department.The salary processing of the employee in each plant also get the details of their salary.Each branch store the employee personal and official details and also we can keep the organization details about the concerned branch. In this Whole project is based upon the salry processing of ech employee and their loan deduction details and also they keep the each and every employee personal and official details.
