This is a project for online furniture shopping system. The basic idea is that customer’s can buy products using online. The administrator can enter the name and password and can create an account and then search purchase products. The Online Furniture Shopping System enables vendors to set up online shops, customers to browse through the shops, and a system administrator to approve and reject requests for new shops and maintain lists of shop categories. Also on the agenda is designing an online shopping site to manage the items in the shop and also help customers purchase them online without having to visit the shop physically. Our online shopping mall will use the internet as the sole method for selling goods to its consumers. Shopping will be highly personalized and the mail will provide lower process than most competitors.
When admin login, he saw the customer’s database, means how many users are authenticated to this website and how many users are transact everyday, and newly items are inserting into products.
This module contains product name, and related image, and cost of its. Like toys, books, furniture, gold items, etc.. Whatever customer wants from the shopping cart.
User entered into with his username and password, when he entered into this, he saw what items are available in the cart, and the user can select the items and to add to his cart list. If the user forgot his password he can get it back by entering his mobile no.
User can view the photo of the product and he can add it to the cart. After selecting the items the user can get the bill amount, and after that also they are free to remove their items from that list.finally user has to pay the amount by entering his credit card no. they will be providing the name, phone no and address for home delivery.
Administrator can view the report like 1. Customer report 2. Product report 3. Transaction Report
Existing system is a manual one in which users are maintaining books to store the information like product details, Distributors details, purchases, sales details and accounts for every month. It is very difficult to maintain historical data.
The Online furniture shopping is a software application which avoids more manual hours that need to spend in record keeping and generating reports. This application keeps the data in a centralized way which is available to all the users simultaneously. It is very easy to manage historical data in database. No specific training is required for the distributors to use this application. They can easily use the tool that decreases manual hours spending for normal things and hence increases the performance. It is very easy to record the information of online sales and purchases in the databases.
