This project focus on an organization keeping employee record maintenance for that company employers and staffs working in that company. Employee has become a very valuable commodity for all of us and most feel that they do not have enough Employee to do their jobs to their full potential. In this system the Employee management system records the employee and the staff entering and outing Employee through offline base server database by using punch in method for attendance. In this project we having more than applications like applying leave, taking permission for emergency, records the over Employee working person details and the employee details. It reduces the keeping notebook records for entering the employee and staff details in this system and its very useful and easy way of maintaining an attendance records.
When admin login, he saw the employee’s database, means how many employees are recorded their working Employee to this website and how many staffs are coming every day, and newly employees details are insert into database.
This module used to Employee has an unique registration id to record their details every day and that could be store in database. This helps to keep information about them in database is easy.
In this module, employee can take the one hour or 2 hours permission for their desire through this module

The OFFICE PAYSLIP,ATTENDANCE AND MESSAGING SYSTEM is a software application which avoids more manual hours that need to spend in record keeping and generating reports for employee and staffs. This application keeps the data in a centralized way which is available to all the users simultaneously. It is very easy to manage historical data in database. No specific training is required for the distributors to use this application. They can easily use the tool that decreases manual hours spending for normal things and hence increases the performance. It is very easy to record the information of employee in and out Employee, overEmployee duty registeration for employee and staff in the databases.
Here I conclude, this OFFICE PAYSLIP,ATTENDANCE AND MESSAGING SYSTEM will be very useful for an organization to maintain that company employee and staff working hours and taking leave and all details are recorded in database. Based on their working hours automatically generating pay slip for that particular employee, staff. This project will reduce the manual Employee record maintenance in notebooks and it’s avoiding the problem of manual calculation.
