This project entitled as “Multi Branch Billing System” is aimed to develop application. This system is an easier way to maintain the stock, sales, product and customer information’s in the shop. Simple and easiest billing system can be used by all sort of end users. The Multi branch billing system is aimed to developing and improving techniques of updating and storing stock and sales performance details. The main goal of this project is to reduce the written work and cost in maintaining the stock, customer, sales and product database.
Admin add branch details and provide login for each operator. Admin add or edit operator details in each areas shop. Admin can add products details and price details for each product. Admin can view branch wise sales and stock details or overall sales and stock details.
Each branch will have operator and login will be provided by admin, branch operator will add stock entry. Operator alerts customer daily product sales. Operator will make bill for customers. And then finally operator can view shop daily sales and stock report.
This module generates the current available items as stock. This stock detail contain itemname and quantity.
This module is concerned with add customer name and item.stores the sales details and calculate.
This module is concerned with the generation of various customized reports as per the user requirements. Various reports based on input such as shop name, stock detail and sales detail can be generated. This module uses data from various tables such as stock, sales, shop etc.
In existing system all the activities of this shop are done manually in paper works. Wholesaler calculates the bill amount of the allowed quantity. Due to the manual entry through paper work in the three books duplicate entry or wrong entry may occur in the existing system, resulting in wasting time and resources.
This project is an easier way to maintain the stock and billing information’s in the shop. Admin creates login for each shop operator so that operator login maintain the details. Shop operator will note down incoming stock details of each product. Shop operator will generate bill for customers once bill is generated it affect sales and stock details. Operator can view sales and stock available details in their branch. Admin can view branch wise sales and stock details or overall sales and stock details.
