In Existing system the system the people work together to achieve the objectives of the company. The jobs are done is so difficult and not accurate. It is not efficient due to the following reasons. The processing takes long time. The process of maintaining many records is difficult. Updating the details is difficult.
Most of the limitations of the current system can be overcome using the proposed system. Speed of all the transactions can be increased by the computerized system. The speed and accuracy of the calculations can also be increased. Since the system is computerized there is no need of so many employees like the present system. Thus the cost can be reduced since all the details are stored in the system can be searched easily. Thus the waiting time of the customer can be reduced easily.
