The E-Police Record Management System is developed to manage the crime details in the police station such as missing person, stolen vehicle and information about the vehicle accident. By using this project, we can easily add and update the crime information with the necessary information. It is very useful to search the information based on the name of the person or FIR number. The main advantage of this project is to easily retrieve the data easily and prevent from loss of data. It is also very easy to manage the bundles of information with the minimal time duration.
In this module, we can enter the details of missing person details with the required information like person of name, date of missing and their photos. Likewise, we can enter the details of stolen vehicle details with the vehicles details. We can also add the details of vehicle accident with the reason of accident.
In this module, we can edit, update or delete the details of missing person, vehicle information and accident details.
The report generation module, generate the report of crime information with all necessary information which we are already updated. It is very easy to know about the number of cases filed in the police station and status of the cases.
In this module, we can easily search and get all the information of crime cases. If the admin enters the particular name of the missing person, it shows all the details of that person with their photo. Like that, admin can search and get the stolen vehicle details and accident details with their corresponding FIR number.
Before developing this application all activities done manually, then all the activities take more time and also take more manpower. All the crime details are entered manually, based on this manual problem sometimes data may be wrong. All related information are maintained in the files, sometimes important documents may also be missed. So we can overcome these problems by developing the online system. This system is very helpful to automation of maintain the entire information in the police station.
