The College Circular System with Sms is an automated version of manual Student Management System. It can handle all details about a student and it can be send sms to parent about any circular. The details include, subject details, student personnel details, academic details, etc... Student Report Management System deals with all kind of student details. It tracks all the details of a student from the day one to the end of the course. These types of student’s details can be track by the parents and the teachers.This project will have the separate login for the teachers and the parents. Teachers can collect all student details and parents can view their son or daughter reports. This program can facilitate us explore all the activities of the students with in the college. This will help to handle the students based on their report and easy to show the reports to their parents and inform any circular through sms.
In this module, staff and parent should login to their page to view their specific details and records. Parent login contains the exam reports of students and other activity reports and personal details. Staff login has student study performance details.
In staff module, Staff could records their student exam marks that is academic reports, student details and other activity reports
In this module, Parents should login to their page. They could select their son or daughter name. After that, they can to view their exam reports about academic and other activity reports.
This module contains request has been given to the staff about their children academic reports and others by the parents. Staff should give the response for that request

Today in college’s student details are entered manually. The student details in separate records are tedious task. Referring to all these records and updating is needed. There is a chance for more manual errors. During the parent’s teacher meeting, teacher cant able to meet all the parents and they don’t have the sufficient time to discuss about the student.
