This project is a newly developed project for the staff who are conducting the exams to the external college. In this project the admin will maintain the details of the list of colleges , and various department. And also it maintains the details of the staff profile. Here it checks the condition that who are eligible for the external examiner. After getting all the details of the examiner , it will generate a report for the staff which is very useful for the staff. These details will sent to the exam controller to allocate the examiner ship. This project was designed using visual studio software and the details are stored in the database sql server 2005.
This module provides the authentication to the project. In this module the admin of each college will maintain the details dept name and corresponding staff profile. Similarly each college will maintain the details. While entering the profile of the staff, it is must to calculate the experience of teaching.
This module provides the detailed list of all colleges and the department. While adding the college list we have to mention the college code also. This module also include the updating and deletion of the list.
This module is designed to examine the staff profile. All the details will be entered by the college admin. After getting all the details of the staff this module will calculate the no of experience in teaching. By calculating the experience we can find the eligibility of the staff who are eligible for the external examiner ship
All the details are sent to the university examiner. He will allocate the exam schedule for the staff who has more than or equal to 5 years of experience. At last the staff will get the external examiner allocation to the college
In existing system, there will be more manual work for the staff to register the external exams and the admin should collect registered staff details to the examiner and generating examiner ship to that particular staff and send it to the exam controller. It’s all becoming tough and difficult to maintaining that records safely and correctly. There will be a problem to generate examiner ship, some details may get lose and missing papers and so on.
